The service
Local Renovation is a free, independent directory compiled from public information. Listings are compiled from public information, mainly the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) public license data. Local Renovation is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the CSLB or any listed contractor. Always check a license at cslb.ca.gov before you hire.
No endorsement or warranty
Listings are provided "as is" for general information. We do not verify licenses, accreditation, insurance, quality, safety or availability, and a listing is not a recommendation. License information is copied from CSLB public data and may be out of date. Always confirm details directly with the contractor before you hire, enroll, sign or pay.
Your requests
If you submit a form, you agree we may share it with relevant contractors so they can respond. Any agreement you make is between you and that contractor; we are not a party to it.
Listing owners
Owners may request corrections or removal through the claim/update page. Trademarks and names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Local Renovation is not liable for any loss arising from use of the directory or from any listed contractor's services.
